My third weigh day is five days away! This is the first time I haven’t weighed myself in between weigh days, so I have no idea how it will turn out. I’m not expecting huge numbers, but a pound or two difference is expected/likely. Here’s to hoping!
Also, two-ish more days until my effort to go completely (as possible) vegan. I’ve been doing great so far the past few days preparing myself, so it honestly won’t be a huge deal. Now if I could only find a 24 hour vegan bakery with a drive thru…. It’s probably best that I don’t though.
Life is good. Living healthy is 100x better than living carelessly. Working out has definitely become my anti-depressant. Just ask me how I’m feeling on a day that I haven’t worked out, and it will be obvious it is better for the entire world if I hit the gym as frequently as possible :)
